Robert Ziehm, owner of Sterling Equity Realty, LLC, of Miami Beach, Florida, has been an active and respected member of the real estate communities in both the United States and Germany for nearly 25 years. Originally from Berlin, after studying business administration at Freie Universitåt Berlin in Germany, Ziehm relocated to Miami in the late 1980s to further his active career in fashion modeling. In the early 1990s, he was known as a thriving owner and operator of highly popular nightlife venues and entertainment establishments.

“After opening several successful businesses, I discovered that market research was my favorite part of the job,” explained Ziehm. “I was very good at analyzing demographics and real estate trends to identify and choose lucrative investment opportunities. This business know-how led the way to my real estate career and eventually launching Sterling Equity Realty in 2009.”
